Development
CitySprint looks to support all its employees in their career development. We offer the opportunity to complete the nationally recognised NVQ qualification in a variety of different areas including business administration, warehousing, team leading, IT, management and sales. All employees also benefit from a comprehensive Microsoft e-learning package, which provides them with the means to develop their knowledge and skills at their own pace. We look to enhance the skills of our employees though external training where appropriate.
As well as training, we are currently working on rolling out an annual appraisal program to ensure that every manager can play a key role in assisting their staff with their personal development.
